Our Return Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Like selecting the right lure for specific conditions, we’ve designed this policy to be fair and transparent.
Non-Returnable Items:
To protect all anglers, these specialty items cannot be returned:
- Custom Rigs (made to your specific specifications)
- Fly Tying Materials (due to hygiene considerations)
- Opened Bait Keeping supplies
- Crabbing & Shellfishing equipment that shows signs of use

- Receive Your RMA & Shipping Instructions
We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label if your return qualifies for free return shipping (U.S. orders over $50). International customers may have return shipping fees deducted from their refund. - Ship Your Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days after approval and appear in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Method: Refunds go to your original payment method. PayPal and credit card refunds may show as pending before posting.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above, clearly stating your exchange preference
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items (rare as a flawless cast, but it happens):

- We’ll arrange expedited replacement shipping at no cost to you
- You may keep or donate the original item per local regulations
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Consider using tracked shipping – we can’t credit items that don’t reach us
