Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping methods to meet your angling needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after processing
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after processing
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak fishing seasons or due to customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind our gear like we stand in the river—firmly and with confidence. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we make it right:
Return Window
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all anglers, these specialty items cannot be returned:
- Custom Rigs (made to your specific specifications)
- Fly Tying Materials (due to hygiene considerations)
- Opened Bait Keeping supplies
- Crabbing & Shellfishing equipment that shows signs of use
Simple 3-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. Receive Your RMA & Shipping Instructions
We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label if your return qualifies for free return shipping (U.S. orders over $50). International customers may have return shipping fees deducted from their refund.
3. Ship Your Return
Package items securely (we recommend using original packaging) and include the completed return form. Ship to:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days after approval and appear in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Method: Refunds go to your original payment method. PayPal and credit card refunds may show as pending before posting.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above, clearly stating your exchange preference
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items (rare as a flawless cast, but it happens):

- You may keep or donate the original item per local regulations
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
